Earlier today, the following message was sent to decision-makers who will be meeting Thursday at noon in Henderson, Kentucky to determine the fate of Methodist Hospital.
Additionally, and amidst other serious allegations, concerns are surfacing over proper due diligence in consideration of strategic partnerships for the hospital.
In March, an offer expressing “interest in discussing strategic opportunities” was provided in good faith on behalf of Owensboro Health and has been among viable alternatives that includes KACo’s Leasing Trust, as well.
