Democrat DNA: Giving the Party of Hate a Pass – by Jim Bratten

Republicans are expected to denounce the KKK and neo-Nazis when there are no connections, historically or otherwise.

However, and this lands directly at the feet of many in Republican leadership, the Democrat Party is given a complete pass by the GOP. When the issue arises as after Charlottesville, the Republicans grab a microphone to deny everything under the sun. They sprint for the woods, distancing themselves from their own president.

Over the last eight years, Barack Obama was given a pass, never asked to denounce the hate and violence of the New Black Panther Party, the Occupy movement or Black Lives Matter. Obama’s DOJ dismissed a lawsuit against the Panthers for voter intimidation that was already settled by default. He invited leaders of BLM to the White House 19 times, most notably after the Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland riots. They weren’t there to be dressed down for inciting violence against police and fostering looting and property destruction against citizens. Hillary Clinton welcomed the endorsement of BLM in the 2016 elections and returned the favor.

And Republicans never brought George Soros to testify before any congressional committee, to explain his $30+ million investment in fomenting the chaos in Ferguson, Missouri or the other investments he made, using BLM to subvert order in other cities across the nation.

Hard-leftists have used violence for decades to apply their hate. The Democrat Party National Convention of 1968 comes to mind as one example, when Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) crashed the convention and ignited violence. Today, the ideological progeny of the 1968 SDS rioters now control a significant part of the present day Democrat Party and populates the administrations of higher education.

Image result for violence at trump rally 2016During the presidential contest of 2016, convicted felon Robert Creamer arranged violent interruptions at Trump campaign rallies in several cities across the U.S., hiring and paying radical thugs to attack Trump supporters at his campaign events, bankrolled by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign. Chicago was a notable Creamer achievement, ending in Trump’s cancellation of the event due to Creamer’s violent thugs. The other Creamer specialty is bussing voters across state lines to illegally vote in other states. The reaction from the Republican leadership? No outrage; none.

During the Obama Regime, White House records show Creamer visited 342 times, many of these visits to the Obama family residence in the building. After Trump won the Republican nomination the visits increased in frequency.

In the Nineteenth Century, Democrats were the party of slavery and Republicans the party of abolition. This also held true throughout most of the Twentieth Century; Democrats were the party of segregation and Republicans the party of desegregation. “Jim Crow” laws were instituted by Democrats as was the founding and financing of the Ku Klux Klan. Bull Conner was a Democrat. FDR put a Klansman on the Supreme Court.

Democrats’ rabid opposition to the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1965 Voting Rights Act resulted in months of filibustering. Yet the Republican leadership is silent. That’s what happens when a party opposes its own president as an outsider and colludes with the “opposition” (in name only), whose hate and violence is given a pass.

Democrats have it in their DNA but you’ll never learn that from Republicans.
