The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) won an unprecedented victory in federal court last week, in their lawsuit against the IRS.
Late on October 25, the IRS admitted in court that they wrongfully targeted a variety of conservative and Tea Party groups for their political beliefs and issued an apology. The consent order filed also bars the IRS from taking any such actions in the future.
It took five years for the win, but it was extremely significant… the Deep State lost.
