Take Charge – by Jim Bratten

The U.S. Constitution says, in Article III, Section 1: “The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”

Congress can regulate lower courts and their decisions; expedite cases or redirect them to appellate courts. They can also remove what they created; reduce the number of courts or add to them. For decades Congress has abdicated its responsibility.

It’s time to get it back, there’s a lot of “court cleaning” to do.
