A political product is being sold using Marketing 101 principles. Nothing else has worked against President Trump. The Left needs people worried and afraid of Trump, if elections in November are to be turned left. Voters must be disgusted in how “cruel he is toward innocent children.”
The twin magnets of Barack Obama’s amnesty and sanctuary city policies have lured a flood of illegals to our border. When we left the door open with the lights on, put out an inviting door mat, then placed cookies on a table on the veranda, “guests” appeared. They had no permission, but the invitation was obvious and the penalties were waived. On top of that, there is still no mandatory e-Verify, so the problem persists, even though Trump has tried to close the door and turn out the lights.
Democrats have had no problems breaking up families in the past, so why do they protest now? They protest because Trump is thwarting their plans to change the demographic composition of the country and drastically alter the culture. Illegal alien families must become more important than American families. Trump must be stopped. The Democrats’ future depends on that.
For decades, Democrats have not believed in the rule of law. They desire no “effective” immigration policy; they simply want the issue alive for leverage, a weapon if you will, for the November elections.
The newest tactic in the Democrats’ strategy to take back legislative control in November’s midterm elections is to keep the “children 
separation” issue alive for as long as possible. That means massive amounts of propaganda to sway public opinion against Republicans, but no solution to the “problem.” Democrats do not care about the reunification of families. They do not want anyone detained, for any reason.
This is entirely about open borders – letting anyone inside the U.S. who has the temerity to push their way in. And Trump is an obstacle to reaching their objective.
But Americans are becoming fed-up. It seems the “open borders problem” exists in BOTH political parties.
