Democrats continue to deny the benefits of prosperity, but Trump’s tax cuts have helped lift the poor. When people have more, they give more. A rising tide lifts all boats. Once upon a time, even a Democrat (John F. Kennedy) understood that and did something about it.
Conservative policies make the poor richer. Progressive policies make the poor poorer.
