President Donald Trump’s call for the release of documents covering the fake Steele dossier and the fraudulent FISA applications for surveillance of the Trump campaign, to favor transparency, has been walked back.
This reversal is not in the president’s best interest.
Backing off will not slow or end the Mueller probe – it’ll enhance it.
