Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote has won a lawsuit against the IRS for harassment and illegal actions in denying an application for 501(c)(4) tax exempt status for a non-profit. The court awarded damages of over $1 million in the suit.
In another “win,” the IRS refused to release tax returns and related financial documents of President Donald Trump as demanded by the Democrat House Judicial Committee, stating that, “No legitimate legislative reason exists for the release.”
Justice for Engelbrecht and another setback to the fascistic “witch hunt” attacks on Trump by Democrats are indeed welcome.
