A ‘Higher Power’ – by Jim Bratten

Back on November 6, it was reported that intelligence officials had pressed CIA Director Gina Haspel to publicly voice her protection for the leaker (whistleblower). NBC News stated that, “Intel officials want CIA Director Gina Haspel to protect Ukraine whistleblower from Trump.”

They wanted Haspel to explain to the president that if the leaker (whistleblower) was revealed, “…it will create a very bad feeling in the building that will not be good for national security or you personally, Mr. President.” This was a threat that intel officials wanted Haspel to deliver to Trump.

Who works for whom?

When questioned, CIA agents who have been exposed as planted leakers inside the Trump administration say they “answer to a higher power.” Since the CIA is not allowed to spy on the president or, in this case, attempt his overthrow, who or what is the “higher power” that told them to violate the Constitution? That’s called sedition, or a “coup.” Was it former CIA director, avowed communist John Brennan, who believes the State is all-powerful? Or someone else?

The “higher power,” it turns out, is the IAG (Inter-Agency Group), which runs the NSC (National Security Council), the amalgamation of “experts” that advises the president on foreign affairs and external threats. This group numbered 50 individuals during the administration of George H. W. Bush and today has grown to between 400 and 500. This many “experts” have their hands in the foreign policy cookie jar. So what do most of them do? They listen and observe…

A White House leaker who contacted Adam Schiff about the phone call between President Trump and the Ukrainian president was likely informed by Army Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman. The Lt. Col. happens to work for the IAG so he believes he is not accountable to the president. But all officials in the intelligence agencies, such as Lt. Col. Vindman, work for the president, since he is the chief “executive” and Commander-in-Chief.

These officials ALL work for Trump, but not if they believe the IAG is the higher power as, apparently, they have been told.
