Good Afternoon!

Psalm 14:1-2 and verse 5 “The fool in his heart says, there is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand and seek God. There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.”

I asked today, “Are we a generation of righteous?” It says in verse 1 that a fool in his heart says there is no God. Do our actions in this generation prove that we believe in God?

A pastor friend of mine said this the other day when I was talking with him, “Do people read what they believe or do they believe what they read?”

If we believe what we read then we practice in faith what God’s word says entirely. We walk in healing, in victory, in love and produce the fruits of the Spirit. (Galatians 5:22-26) The actions and choices we make prove that God is real. If we don’t walk in the Word and we just read what we believe, then there is no proof in our lives that we really believe. If we believe what we read than God becomes real.

Are you a fool by the choices you make? Are you a righteous generation or are you a part of the corruption? Put into practice what you believe and show this generation that God is real.

Have a Blessed Day!
