Suicide Cities: Subjugated by a Marxist Mob – by Jim Bratten

If not for censorship by the Propaganda Press, it would long ago have been self-evident that decades-old Democrat policies destroy major American cities. The insanity continues unchallenged, and it’s getting worse with every staged crisis.

In an NPR/PBS/Marist poll of 958 registered voters, conducted June 2-3, the question was asked: “Do you think police are being too aggressive?” Respondents answered: “Appropriate or not aggressive enough” – 56%; “Too aggressive” – 34%. Poll after poll shows a majority of Americans value their police departments and believes the “thin blue line” keeps them safe, contrary to any “news” coverage you choose. Police value is particularly true in minority neighborhoods, but you will never hear this or see this in the progressive major media. Shown only unrest and chaos – blaming the police – we are told that everyone wants police departments abolished or “defunded.” Those who push this ridiculous idea the hardest are Democrat mayors, further hastening the suicides of their cities. The flight of residents and businesses from these pits of despair is well underway.

In Seattle, the tragedy grows by the day, one progressive policy after another failing, threatening safety of citizens and property values. Capitol Hill Occupied Protest (CHOP) “leaders” refused to let Seattle city workers clean up the accumulated filth inside their “zone” or allow emergency vehicles to enter. Meanwhile, Seattle’s Democrat mayor continues to defend the CHOP occupiers as “patriots.”

Police in Washington, DC stopped the Marxist looters and arsons from creating another “autonomous zone” mirroring that of Seattle. Law enforcement presence, suited up in full riot gear, sent the message that an East Coast version of CHOP wasn’t going to happen. The Marxists weren’t given an inch; not allowed to even mark it off.

In troubled cities police are calling in “sick,” preferring to avoid defense of their every action, no matter how inconsequential. Staging “sick outs,” they deny progressives another headline and “racist police abuse” story, as they did years ago in Baltimore. Democrats destroyed that city after they demolished Ferguson, Missouri, and their modus operandi hasn’t changed.

Democrat Speaker Nancy Pelosi said, “Republicans are trying to get away with the murder of George Floyd,” diverting a question about Democrat blockage of a police reform bill. Democrats want this issue alive for the elections in November.

A problem for Nancy is that Republicans had nothing to do with Mr. Floyd. A Democrat killed George Floyd. That man’s boss is a Democrat, as is his boss, and his boss. The Minneapolis city council is Democrat, as is the city’s mayor. The county is run by Democrats, as is the state of Minnesota. The Minneapolis city council just voted unanimously, 12-0, to abolish the police department and “re-imagine” it with something socially just… more acceptable to looters and rioters who want to burn and break things. Minneapolis’ suicide is quickly approaching.

Then there’s Nancy’s other problem…

Of the top twenty cities in the U.S. with the highest murder rates per 100,000 in population, Democrats run 18. They control cities with the worst economic records, the highest crime rates, highest poverty levels, lowest education performance, highest welfare use, and highest taxes. Democrat-run cities are also the most lenient to the homeless. Since the onset of the Chinese virus pandemic, these cities have been the least prepared. Many of them drag their feet in targeted treatment and keep extending lockdowns, hoping to use the issue against Trump in the presidential election.

“Taking a knee” for Black Lives Matter’s Marxist agenda or coddling Antifa anarchists who occupy city property subjugates the authority of city officials to a Marxist, revolutionary mob. Democrats are killing the cities they control.
