The CBP (Customs and Border Protection) report for June says: “In June 2021, CBP encountered 188,829 persons attempting entry along the Southwest Border. This total represented a five percent increase over May 2021.”
This is a 572.2% increase from the 33,000 that were apprehended at the border in May 2020 under Trump’s border policies—the ones that worked.
