Another Opportunity – by Jim Bratten

A deranged 18-year-old shot up a supermarket in Buffalo, New York on May 15, killing ten and wounding three. The teenage madman-in-training live streamed his demonic attack against a black community as he fired 50 rounds into the market. Law enforcement had records on him since nearly a year ago; he had threatened to shoot up his high school. Police took him into custody, conducted a mental health exam, kept him in the hospital for a day and then released him. They had no contact with him since but neglected to flag the database to keep him from purchasing a firearm. They knew he had mental issues and was deathly afraid of the coronavirus, having worn a complete hazmat suit to class. The Buffalo shooter had written a 180-page “manifesto,” expressing his racist beliefs, frustrations, and politics. Warning signs were there, as with the shooter in Parkland, Florida a few years ago who took 17 lives, but nothing was done. Once again, law enforcement had dropped the ball with no preventative actions and people are dead as a result.

But the tragedy of ten lives lost didn’t matter to the Democrat Media and leftists in power. As soon as the colors of the victims and the shooter were known, the Left went into action, taking advantage of another opportunity for political propaganda, pushing white-on-black racism as “white oppression” and “white supremacy” — the racist buzzwords of the diabolical party of “fundamental transformation.” A political party that seeks total control in a racialized America.

The shooter in Buffalo who killed ten and wounded several was white, so the words “white” or “white supremacist” appeared frequently on every newscast that covered the tragedy. There has been little mention, however, that two of the three wounded were white. The only important detail was ten black people died.

Democrats linked the shooter to Donald Trump and his supporters, Republicans, conservative Christians, and Fox News. “A toxic stew of growing right wing ideology” said one. “These ideas have been mainstreamed by conservative television personalities and Republican politicians,” accused another.

As Samantha Chang warned, writing in The Western Journal, “The corporate media are once again stoking division by pushing the false narrative that the 18-year-old arrested in the Buffalo, New York, mass shooting this weekend is a conservative Christian and an avid Fox News fan.” And the Democrat Media did not disappoint…

Writing in Rolling Stone on May 15, Talia Lavin issued this demented headline: “The Buffalo Shooter Isn’t a ‘Lone Wolf.’ He’s a Mainstream Republican” – “The right-wing extremists who control the modern GOP are all gripped by a racist delusion. The shooter is just the latest to act on it.”

Washington Post Opinions tweeted, “The Buffalo shooter’s views are mainstream on the right, @MaxBoot writes… The American right put out a welcome mat for hate. And the casualties pile up.”

In response to the AP release about the mass shooting in Buffalo, Joe Lockhart tweeted, “More blood on the hands of @tuckercarlson and @foxnews this killer used their racist talking points to justify killing ten people. Carlson won’t stop because as he explained to the NYTimes, it’s good for ratings. Lives be damned. As Carlson will be at judgment day.”

The vitriol was vicious, deep, and libelous.

And our presumptive president fulfilled his role as “Divider in Chief.” Recognizing a ripe political opportunity to highlight the Biden Regime’s narrative of the danger of white supremacy, Joe traveled to Buffalo to “speak about the massacre” at the local food store, “ten blacks dead from a white shooter.” And he didn’t disappoint; Joe delivered another of his historic speeches – nasty, hateful, and inflammatory. It sounded his racist dog whistle of white supremacy again and again, highlighting the oppression of the “black community” by a racist white man. Joe accused the “right wing” of doing exactly what the radical Left has delivered consistently over the last three years since the trigger of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis. It was a textbook example of transference – accusing your opposition of doing what you have actually done. A man who embodies the racist history of the Left was again accusing the Right of the things he has, habitually, done and supported.

America is NOT systemically racist, and our nation does NOT suffer from “white supremacy” as the greatest danger to our country. Systemic racial division and the blame game of white supremacy are agendas of the Marxist-Democrats — to enable their fundamental transformation of America.

One demented, racist teenager’s evil deed of intense hate does not condemn an entire nation… except when his racial identity fits the political narrative of the Democrat Media and appointed president.
