In Massachusetts, a twice-deported criminal illegal alien appeared on drug charges in the courtroom of Judge Shelley Richmond Joseph. Since Judge Joseph is an activist, progressive judge, she allowed the illegal alien to avoid ICE agents who were waiting to take him into custody by ushering the illegal out the courtroom’s back door.
Now the state judge is being indicted by the DOJ on federal charges of obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting, for interfering with a federal investigation. At last the law is being upheld instead of being subverted. One judge down and hundreds to go…
