Jan. 6th: Pence has Full Legislative Authority to Overturn Election – by Michael Knapp

The Constitution says THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE MUST OPEN THE ENVELOPE.

PENCE has been given two envelopes per state. The first envelope is from the governors and election officials. The US Constitution basically says these governors are supposed to submit lawfully certified electors that are no longer under contest. Well, these particular envelopes submitted by the governors and state officials contain voter fraud and are under contest. As a result, Pence cannot legally accept them.

THE SECOND ENVELOPE

There is a second envelop that was submitted from each of these states by the legislators.

Here is what’s unique about this process. There is no law that says he has to select one or the other. Again, the only real law says he can’t accept the ones with voter fraud or violation of voter laws.

As a result, he has three choices…

1. Accept the ones from the governors and violate the law.

2. Accept the state of electors sent by the state legislators.

3. Not accept either.

You’ve all (probably) heard that “anyone in the senate or house can object” once he announces these states of electors. If they object, they have to put their objection in writing. If he accepts their objections, then the Senate and House meet in separate chambers and debate for 2 hours. Then a vote is taken in both chambers. The vote has to be a majority. If it comes back and the majority rejects the electors, then it goes to the House of Representatives. Then the House gets one vote per state.

MIKE PENCE CAN OVERRULL THEIR OBJECTIONS

Here is the issue. Mike Pence can overrule these objections. He doesn’t have to allow this 2 hour debate. By law, he has total authority to overrule their objections. The US constitution gives him that power without any legislative, or judicial body that can do anything about it. His power is unappealable.

Here is what’s interesting about all this. There are still some grey areas in all this.

A TRIP TO WASHINGTON

You have to ask yourself this question; Why is TRUMP asking everyone to come to Washington? There are multiple possible reasons. Let’s look at this.

1. MIKE PENCE WILL MAKE this decision and declare Donald Trump the winner. He wants a crowd to be there to support this decision.

2. FAKE VICTORY – Evidence was leaked that the Dems plan to pull off a fake victory even if they lose. It’s a media stunt designed to get everyone believing Biden won. If there are a million people in Washington with cell phones recording all this information then it’s going to be hard to pull off this stunt.

3. IF MIKE PENCE allows senate and house objections- This is what most folks are talking about. Folks believe Trump wants to put pressure on the Senate and House to do the right thing. The idea is that if millions of people are in Washington then when someone objects to the state of electors, then there are 100’s of 1000’s of people in Washington to sway these folks. I personally don’t think this will work. These folks have been both bought and threatened. They don’t care if millions of people are there.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTARY:

Folks, Trump’s legal team is pretty sharp. There are numerous other possibilities that can do down between now and then. ANYTHING Can happen to cause JOE BIDEN to concede to this election. You never know, the most recent Ukraine video could push him to concede. Either way, many potential things can happen in the next few days.

WHAT DO WE DO (as law-abiding, freedom-loving, pro-America patriots)?

1. GO TO WASHINGTON – If you want to go to Washington to show your support, go! It will be an interesting time. I truly believe if Trump is asking everyone to go, he has full confidence in his victory.

2. PRAY – Mostly for Mike Pence and his family. He has huge weight on his shoulders.

PLEASE NOTE – The evidence Sidney Powell and others are putting forward clearly shows a TRUMP landslide victory. Some evidence is showing Trump took this election by 80%. Why do I say this? WE THE PEOPLE have a right to elect the correct man. People keep saying, “Give up, give up! We’ll get them next time!” NO… We will not get them next time. If we don’t stand up NOW and fight, there will be no “NEXT TIME”. As a result, Mike Pence must take action.

DONALD TRUMP WON THE 2020 ELECTIONS by a landslide. You do not let the enemy steal the victory. Second, when and/or if MIKE PENCE does this, the media will make MIKE PENCE and TRUMP look like dictators. ONE MORE THING – TRUMP CAN TAKE EXECUTIVE ACTION between January 6th and the 20th. Don’t let January 6th put fear in our heart.
