Spending For De-Growth: Operation Warp Speed Insolvency – by Jim Bratten

In his speech to Congress last week, Joe Biden laid out his outrageous $6 trillion, 100-day spending binge, guaranteed to enslave our posterity in more unfathomable debt and destroy our nation’s fiscal integrity.

So far, this is the status of Joe’s three diabolical spending plans: the American Rescue Plan, at $1.9 trillion, has already passed. Its funds are even now being spent to “rescue” (pay off) billions of dollars in pension debt in deep blue Democrat-run states; public sector union coffers replenished with American taxpayer money. As a grateful “thank you” for the pension bailouts, unions will funnel much of that money back to Democrats’ campaigns. That’s money laundering, using the same template as Barack Obama’s infamous $800+ billion Stimulus Plan in 2009.

He touted his Rescue Plan (only 9% of it was spent on COVID) for “delivering 100 million shots [vaccines] in 100 days” with “90% of Americans now living within five miles of a vaccination center.” Biden took credit for the distribution of the COVID vaccines, when all this was set up under Trump in his “Warp Speed Operation.”

The second spending overreach is Joe’s American Jobs Plan, at a cost of $2.3 trillion. It is still pending (in process) in Congress. He said it would “create jobs with better wages and better benefits,” tied to the “climate crisis.” Joe said, “When I think of climate change, I think — jobs.” In his propaganda speech, he mentioned “jobs” 46 times. But where are the “better” jobs Joe said he would “create” for the thousands who lost their jobs when Joe shut down the Keystone XL pipeline on his first day?

Joe says his Jobs Plan will create “jobs that cannot be outsourced” and is the “plan to build America.” He said that “unions built the middle class” and this bill “supports the right to unionize.” It will raise the minimum wage to $15 in stages because “no one working 40 hours per week should live below the poverty line.” He said he will “build a modern power grid” (taking a swipe at the Texas power disaster last winter). Biden wants central control of energy resources, set up through his Jobs Plan. None of Joe’s promises are supported by the dismal record of Democrat policies.

Joe’s third outrageous plan is called the American Families Plan, which will cost $1.8 trillion and is also winding through Congress. Not the most expensive of the three, it may be the most insidious. In actuality it takes power from the family and hands it to the federal government, so it doesn’t benefit families in the least. It includes free universal pre-school at a cost of $200 billion. It offers two years of community college, free — to anybody who wants it — for $109 billion. Pell Grants are available to Dreamers for $80 billion. Training and equipment to enhance teacher diversity will only set taxpayers back $9 billion, and a plan called “healthy foods demonstration” costs only a paltry $1 billion.

Under Joe’s Families Plan, families pay no more than seven percent of their income for child care. The bill provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for child care and the government (taxpayers) pay for it. Joe praised bigger child care tax credits because “we can afford it.” Biden’s Families Plan actually implements socialism in American families; more control over children outside of parents’ purview. It’s more “free stuff” at the usual cost: further loss of liberty. It’s truly an anti-family plan.

Joe said $6.0 trillion in taxpayer money won’t affect the deficit. He’ll just borrow it from his friends, the Communist Chinese, who are applauding the onset of an American economic slow-down: de-growth.
