The Biden Regime’s latest effort to silence conservative voices and promote their own disinformation campaign took form on April 27 as the “Disinformation Governance Board,” within Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), allegedly to “fight disinformation.” In official language, its purpose is to “coordinate countering misinformation related to homeland security, focused specifically on irregular migration and Russia.” In other words, to censor any communication that contradicts the “party line” on those issues. Except that’s not true. Every topic or issue that generates disagreement from the Biden agenda is fair game for censorship.
To guide public perception about their self-created border invasion by hordes of illegal aliens, or the January 6 insurrection hoax, or the fake covid “plandemic” with its vaccine and mask mandate issues and CDC lies and diversions, or the battles with CRT and “trans” issues for state control of our children, the Biden Regime will use taxpayer dollars to fund a monstrous program to spin it.
As American Defense News reported on April 28, “Beyond the dangerous precedent of the federal government engaging in deciding what is true and what is not, creating its own partisan ‘Ministry of Truth’ propaganda office at DHS, the executive director of this Orwellian new agency is Nina Jankowicz, well known for peddling her own outrageous disinformation.”
Jankowicz is the new czarina-commissar at the Biden Regime’s “Ministry of Truth” in the DHS. A radical activist, hard-Left partisan, she will be unwavering in censorship of conservative thought. Nina’s a 33-year-old hard-core Marxist with a long track record of corrupt behavior and close links to Ukraine. She promoted the notorious Russian Dossier 
hoax to smear Trump and, according to the Washington Examiner, described the scandalous Hunter Biden laptop as a ”foreign interference campaign” and a “Trump campaign product.” Responding to Elon Musk’s Twitter takeover, she told NPR that she “shudder[s] to think if free speech absolutists were taking over more platforms.”
If a government wants to monitor speech, it wants to control speech. So Jankowicz will be in charge of monitoring speech. It will be her job to disseminate government disinformation (propaganda) from the Regime through Democrat Media to limit objections.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas tried to deflect Congressional concern, appearing before two committees, both House and Senate. He stated his new “disinformation board” deals mainly with false information about border issues. But his latest DHS Bulletin says: “Some domestic violent extremists have continued to advocate for violence in response to false or misleading narratives about unsubstantiated election fraud.” Add election fraud to Nina’s list.
Biden’s ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ was first suggested by Obama in Dec. 2012 after viral aerial footage of Sandy Hook was released, refuting Mainstream Media’s “official story”.
Some Congressional members were appalled that the person appointed to lead a disinformation office has herself been pushing disinformation, resulting in some legislators to call for Biden to immediately dissolve this new office as an abomination to the Constitution. The First Amendment says Congress “shall make no law” abridging the freedom of speech, meaning the government imposed this restriction upon itself to not interfere or play referee on free speech. That is until now; the Biden Regime really doesn’t care what the Constitution says.
Here’s Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR): “During the worst border crisis in history, Biden’s DHS is creating an Orwellian ‘disinformation governance board’ led by a partisan Democrat who herself spread disinformation. What a disgrace.”
Even a Democrat objected. Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) tweeted: ”Every dictatorship has a propaganda arm — a ‘Ministry of Truth.’ The Biden Administration has now formally joined the ranks of such dictatorships with their creation of the so-called ‘Disinformation Governance Board.’”
Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) quickly fired off a letter to Mayorkas, demanding the new board be dissolved 
immediately: “I confess, I at first thought this announcement was satire. Surely no American Administration would ever use the power of Government to sit in judgement on the First Amendment speech of its own citizens. Sadly, I was mistaken. Rather than protecting our border or the American homeland, you have chosen to make policing Americans’ speech your priority. This new board is almost certainly unconstitutional and should be dissolved immediately.”
Hawley later tweeted: “The Administration that activated the FBI against parents at school board meetings now has created a government Disinformation Board to monitor all Americans’ speech. It’s a disgrace. Joe Biden & Secretary Mayorkas: dissolve this monstrosity immediately” – before Joe Biden’s Ministry of Truth turns 2022 into 1984.
