Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has struck again, this time signing legislation that makes ballot harvesting a third-degree felony in the state of Florida. It will create “an election police force,” to quote Gov. DeSantis. The Office of Election Crimes and Security will “prosecute voter fraud.”
