A Simple Question – by Jim Bratten

Since American intelligence agencies were well aware of Vladimir Putin’s intentions toward Ukraine last year, and the U.S. has now shipped (and continues to ship) billions of dollars in armaments to Ukraine to aid in their defense against a Russian invasion, we have a simple question:

“Why didn’t we delay our surrender to the Taliban in Afghanistan last August by a few months, so we could have shipped some of the $85 billion in U.S. military equipment at Bagram Air Base to the Ukrainians, instead of giving it to Islamist terrorists as we ran away and abandoned thousands of fellow Americans?”

After all, Joe Biden botched his hoped-for PR stunt on 9-11 anyway.

All that high-tech, sophisticated equipment was abandoned, and since then the Taliban has profited handsomely, selling what they didn’t want to their allied terror groups, the Communist Chinese, Iran, Pakistan, and likely Russia and North Korea.

Much of that precious military hardware that American taxpayers paid for could have been in the hands of the Ukrainians long before Russia launched their invasion on February 24. Lives could have been saved, as could well over $50 billion in military aid to Ukraine thus far. In fact, a heavily armed Ukraine with fight-to-the-death citizen patriots may have dissuaded Russia from pulling the trigger altogether.

At least most of those weapons could have been denied the Taliban, unable to be used against the estimated 9,000 Americans who remain abandoned in Afghanistan.

The Biden family syndicate made $3.4 million from Ukraine and $3.5 million from Russia (so far), so the military hardware may have gone to Russia.

Sadly though, Joe would lose the use of the war as a diversion.
