Despite Electoral College, Trump Remains in Office… Legally: Here’s How

What happens after the electors meet?

The votes are officially counted in Congress during a joint session held in the House chamber on Jan. 6, with Vice President Mike Pence presiding over the affair. Pence will open the certificates, organized in alphabetical order by state, and present them to four “tellers” – two from the Senate and two from the House, who count the votes. Once Joe Biden receives at least 270 votes, as is expected to be the case, Pence will announce the result. The session cannot end until the count is complete and publicly declared, at which point the election is officially decided.

Can members of Congress block the process?

Once the result is read on January 6, members of Congress will have one opportunity to lodge complaints, which must be made in writing and signed by at least one Senator and one member of the House. The objection would then be debated by each chamber separately, with each member of Congress allowed five minutes to speak. The debate has a hard stop after two hours, after which each body will vote on whether to reject the state’s results, according to the (New York) Times.

The Times also notes that some Trump allies are “already planning objections,” which should “make for good political theater” but would be unlikely to change the outcome of the election.

Does this end Trump and his allies’ fight to challenge the election?

According to Trump Campaign attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, “The only fixed day in the U.S. Constitution is the inauguration of the President on January 20 at noon,” suggesting that they will exhaust every legal option to overturn the results based on accusations of widespread fraud across several key states.

That said, Ellis had previously called Jan. 6, vote counting day, a date of “ultimate significance.”

Can the Electoral College vote be invalidated?

Yesterday, Ellis was quoted saying, “Today, the electoral college votes (and there is now two sets of votes in some states) they will be sealed and sent by special carrier to Washington where they will remain sealed until January 6th when the House and Senate will come into a joint session to open the votes. The media is going to make you believe that it’s all over and Joe Biden is now officially president…

On January 6th, Nancy Pelosi will sit down with the rest of the House members as she has no special power or authority over the hearing… Vice President Mike Pence will have all the authority as president of the Senate for that day and will accept or reject motions to decide the next steps by the assembly. He can reject based on fraud if he so chooses.

Remember… Mike Pence is in full authority that day as written in the Constitution. The ballots will be certified today but that means nothing…

The votes will be opened and at that point one House member could, and most likely will, raise their hand to object to the Vice President on the state of elector’s votes. That objection could cover fraud or any other reason, and with the seconding of that objection everything changes. Everything!!

The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator with the Vice President being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will be only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member!!! The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats 20 delegation votes.

If this scenario runs true, President Trump gets re-elected.

President Trump is trying to do the right thing and go through the courts first, expose all the fraud, but we all knew that none of the courts, even the Supreme Court wanted to touch this issue with a 10-ft pole! Remember, their lives are in danger.

This is why our forefathers were so brilliant because they knew something like this could happen someday. So, don’t listen to the media and all their deception and lies. All you have to do is read the Constitution and you know that the law, policies and procedures in the end are on our side.

That said, last month Trump told reporters that if Biden is elected by the Electoral College, Trump would leave office.

“Certainly I will, and you know that,” he said, adding “I will and, you know that,” though he also said “It’s going to be a very hard thing to concede because we know there was massive fraud.”

What will happen if the Electoral College votes are invalidated?

According to yesterday’s VIP article by Jim Bratten, “‘Some Democrats threaten intimidation and violence if Biden’s election fails. As Judicial Watch reported, the (George Soros) Transition Integrity Project (TIP) warned of alarming “defiance of the popular vote” in their report, Preventing a Disputed Presidential Election and Transition. They warned that villainous Donald Trump may “contest the result by both legal and extra-legal means, in an attempt to hold on to power.”

After pages of Trump-bashing, calling him a violent racist and democracy-stealing criminal, the TIP report says fight a contested election in the streets, not in the courts.” We will likely see violence in our streets and our cities that make the recent BLM and Antifa destruction look small by comparison.

Commentary: How might Donald Trump respond?

Donald Trump set a trap for those who intended on interfering with the 2020 elections when he passed a 2018 Executive Order. This E.O. recognizing a “national state of emergency” due to foreign interference in U.S. elections will be implemented. Martial Law will stifle the riots and ensure Trump remains in office as fraud investigations continue.

Sanctions will be used with all countries (China, Venezuela, Spain, Germany, Canada) associated with the Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic voting machines, and the Scytl voting software vendor connected directly with George Soros. The Clintons, Soros, Obama, Pelosi, Feinstein, and Biden will all be indicted on charges of election fraud, and it will be Hunter Biden’s laptops that bring them all down.

Along with the application of the Executive Order will be a massive indictment of mainstream media corporations and social media corporations as well as blocking them from their property and seizing their assets for direct interference with the election process. CNN, ABC, MSNBC, FOX, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google, New York Times, USA Today, and more will be brought down for election interference. Arrests will be made of some of the most powerful and influential players in media, social media, and government. And even the Deep State swamp will be drained in the process. President Trump set a trap in 2018, and the swamp creatures fell right into it.

Donald Trump needed to lose the popular vote. He needed to lose the electoral college vote. He needed the media to stifle his campaign and to attack him throughout. He needed the voting irregularities to happen. He needed all of this to prove that America has been infiltrated at so many levels with those who have every intention to compromise our sovereignty, to sell us out to globalists, and to destroy the foundation for which this nation was founded. He needed to lose the election to prove the case and extent of fraud in America’s election process. America has been under attack, but most of her people didn’t know it. Donald Trump needed all of this to take place so that he could expose it all and drain the swamp he promised to drain in his 2016 campaign.

Despite Nancy Pelosi’s claims, Trump said he would leave office peacefully and willingly if, by legal means, Biden was elected in his place, but President Donald J. Trump has no intention of going “gentle into that good night.” Rather, he will “go big or go home.” It will take time. And things will certainly get worse before they get better, but we have certainly not seen the end of Donald Trump, nor the exposure of the biggest election fraud scandal and attempted coup d’état of this nation in our lifetimes.
