Remember author and filmmaker Stephen King’s 1984 horror thriller, Children of the Corn? When the young Swedish climate princess Greta Thunberg made her angry, accusatory appearance before the UN back in September, Fox News host Laura Ingraham wondered if King would take a cue from the raging teenager and cut a 2019 version: Children of the Climate.
Shortly after, Laura’s idea was stolen by rabid climate twerkers and demonstrators who disrupted Washington, DC traffic, brandishing signs that read, “CHILDREN OF THE CLIMATE!”
Now Time magazine has placed the young Miss Thunberg on a higher PC pedestal, again using the naïve girl for political purposes; this time on the cover of the newest Time issue as “Person of the Year.”
